Leadership Development

Executive: Rev. Dr. Fredy Aviles

The Leadership Development Team exists to identify, equip, and release effective and gifted leaders. It will be responsible for all student care and commissioned pastor commissioning processes. It will examine students and commissioned pastors according to the BCO. It will seek to help create healthy elders, deacons, and consistories within the classis.

Church Health & Revitalization

Executive: Rev. Daniel Davila

The Church Health & Revitalization Team exists to equip and empower churches to increase pastoral, consistorial, congregational and ministry health and vitality through various church health and revitalization means (i.e. assessments, resources, shared learning, pastoral liaisons, etc.).

Church Multiplication

The Church Multiplication Team exists to plant new churches, inspire and equip existing churches to multiply and assist existing churches that desire to be adopted into the RCA and join the Classis.

International Mission

Executive: Rev. Luis Ruiz

The International Mission Team helps develop churches around the globe. This team works with existing churches wishing to be adopted by the Classis de las Naciones and assists in ordinating their pastors and their organization. Further, the team helps networks of churches to develop their own Reformed Denominations in their own countries.

Pastoral Care

Executive: Elder Ed Smith-Greene

The Pastoral Care Team exists to build loving relationships focused on the emotional, physical, and spiritual health of classis ministers and lay leaders on teams and task teams (specialized, retired, called, under contract, and commissioned).
