As we emerge from the latest pandemic, the concept of physically attending church services has come into question, propelling us into a post-Covid reality. This shift marks the dawn of the next Reformation, driven by the rise of multiculturalism and a move away from traditional Americanized church models. We need visionary leaders to innovate and redefine what it means to be and do 'church.' This new era, accelerated by Covid but initiated decades ago, calls for bold, Spirit-led innovators who will transform the Church into a vibrant mosaic fit for the future
